The Internal Medicine Department at Narayan Smruti Multispeciality Hospital manages the diagnosis, prevention, and non-surgical treatment of different diseases. It is the initial point of contact for every patient visiting our facility. The department is headed by a general physician, who conducts the physical examination and after that recommends vital testing and diagnostic procedures to the patients. The results of these tests, as well as the results of the general physical examination and indications, are then matched to arrive at a final diagnosis. Depending on the final diagnosis, the patient is either given the necessary therapy by the general physician, which is usually medicine, or sent to a specialty department for further treatment.
